Bought one @ 99 from Amazon a while back, when received it was missing a part. I’ve used the MFG support contact once a month and not received a reply.
If it worked, it still wouldn’t work for my situation. It doesn’t fit under a standard PC desk (against a wall) without pushing the user away too far to reach the keyboard. You need at least 12 - 18 inches of space in front of your desk for this to stick out in order to use and also reach your mouse and keyboard. Giant bag of fail here.
I bought one of these a while back, and, more recently, one for a friend. I absolutely love it!! I have fairly long legs and it works fine under my desk (of note, my desk is not up against a wall, which may be why I don’t have the issue noted in the post above.
For me, the customer service was excellent: a wire came loose in the monitor when I first got it, and I called them. They were going to send me another one immediately. I told her that I didn’t want one, I just wanted a picture of a working one [I couldn’t find a circuit diagram on line] so I would know where to place this wire. Within minutes, high quality photos of the guts of a working monitor hit my inbox).
It is easy to wheel to other places, so you could use this at home and move it to the couch to use during binge watching, etc.
I am a better person because I own this Elliptical, and I would highly recommend it.
Ditto! Mine stuck out a little under my desk, but my desk isn’t too shallow either. However, I actually prefer it at home in from of the couch/recliner, so I can burn calories anytime I’m watching TV. The only thing I found difficult about using it at work was trying to use the mouse at the same time because there was just enough translated movement to make it difficult to click the mouse on a specific spot. Love using mine.
I have one at work with a desk that was against a wall and I just pulled the desk away from the wall a bit and slid the elliptical right up to the wall. I did notice it squeaked a lot at first, but I removed the pedals and lubricated the shaft they fit over and it is very quiet now. As a bonus it actually works better after lubricating it.
