Not mine, but a friend was a nanny in Wales and this is the family’s peacock, Beck (short for Beckham)

My aunt’s cat passed away recently. He was 16. I (and the vet) told her she needed to get another one. She said she didn’t want to get another cat right now.

This is her new cat :cowboy_hat_face:

Does the new kitty have a name?

How is grey scale and her kittens?

My cats showed no interest in this whatsoever, so I gave it to my grandcat.

He does. He’s five years old, so his name was already set. It’s Jessie James, JJ for short.

Well… Greyscale dropped her litter, but… I dont’ think they made it. She has been spending WAY too much time out here with her first litter and is even nursing THEM! I am looking right now at collar cams to hopefully see where she does go and hopefully she can lead us to where the newborns are - hopefully alive. Good Lord that’s a lot of hopefully’s.

She had a second litter - wow

Oh yeah. Sorry. I thought I mentioned it. I try to keep both the UPoW and the Grotto updated on them, and I forget who I tell what.

My new front yard friend! My husband spotted him yesterday. He spent hours in this spot! ChatGPT tells me it’s a plains leopard frog.

He blends in very well - all of “our” frogs and toads should have a Woot conversation

How many did she have this time?
