I got a similar case by uNu for my iphone 4. I was not impressed. The charging functionality eventually stopped working (after maybe 6 months), and the case itself is prone to coming apart, breaking, etc. if dropped even once, so its function as a protective case is limited to scratches and dings, rather than the durability you want from something like an otterbox. On the other hand, the phone itself is getting tougher as it gets upgraded, so maybe the v5 will be durable enough that this case provides suitable protection. (On the other hand, this case certainly won’t survive a drop – and even if it does, its electronic components might not.)
