Update an old email

I have no access to this my woot email anymore (I used Amazon account to create woot account when I was student so woot set my email to my Amazing email at the time). I cannot change the email as well because to change it I need a password, which I never set (I always use Amazon account to login in woot). Also I cannot set a password because it needs access to my old edu email which I don’t have access to.

I need to return an item, but woot send the label to my old email. So its a deadlock situation.

How to fix that? How make woot update my email to set to the new email associated with my Amazon account?

Hello there. The tool we use to assist with email updates no longer works so we’re kinda stuck in limbo too.

The CS tool only lets them reply to your woot.com email address. Fun, huh?

However, they can send return labels to another email address. Those will come from a UPS email address. Have you reached out to customer service asking them to send the return label to your new email address?
