Look, I don’t want to be “that guy”, but this is $30 direct from Vella (though shipping is steep), not $60. And you can buy a pound of this with free shipping from Amazon for $20.71, which is less than this with shipping. Bad deal, woot.

Actually, it is $30 for 2lbs directly from Vella. Although the total with shipping to my state is $46.96 – so the Woot! deal is better by $10 (since Woot includes shipping on this item)

a week later and it still hasn’t shipped. once it does it Wil take another week to get from California. not what I had in mind for aged cheese. age it on your own time not mine.
