Also note that all the stellar reviews are from Vine customers that got the product for free. The only mediocre review is from a non-Vine customer.

I just heard from them and nicely resolved! The PIA part is more that I couldn’t do self-serve. There was no option in “Reason for Return” for clothing size issues. Selecting “other” generates a message to contact CS. It felt like a barrier, if a small one.
