By “vintage pi,” you mean “not pi?” The number on there that is repeated many times is not pi.
i know, right? i was seriously thinking of buying, but then i looked closer at the numbers inside the pi and i just can’t.
And besides those observations, is this guaranteed to arrive before 3/14?
It’s repeating 3.14 which is the shortened version of Pi. Am I missing something?

Yeah, the inside of the design is just repeating 3.14 - I could have done “3.141592653589793238462643383279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286208998628034825342117067982148086513282306647093844609550582231725359408128481117450284…” But for the sake of the design repeating 3.14 looked better overall. Sorry if it bothers some!
