While it looks effective, it also looks like it may be hard to clean. I have a glass aerator product which is essentially a lumpy sphere with tubes sticking out of either side that works well, looks cool while doing its job, is easy to clean, and was half this price. I even bought one for my Mother-in-Law, who knows a lot more about drinking wine than I do, and she seemed to really enjoy it.

Would this make boxed wine taste marginally better?
My wife bought one of the aerator heads at BBB and uses it all the time. Gave one of the sets to her brother in Brasil for Xmas and paid 2x the money. This is a great deal. I’m in for 2 more as gifts.
FYI, you can get a $5 generic aerator off ebay or amazon and it will do the same thing.
I have one and it is very easy to clean. Easier than the wine glass itself.
It makes any wine taste a little better, but I have to ask, if you are willing to spend this kind of money for an aerator, why would you buy box wine?

Actually REALLY easy to clean. Just run some water through it after you use it (before it dries over night) and it basically cleans itself.
I just went on a wine tasting yesterday. This made a huge difference on a Merlot and Cabernet Franc. We did side by side comparisons, and I was immediately sold on it’s effectiveness.
This kit was $100 at the winery, which prevented me from buying one on the spot. I am in for 2, one for me, and one as a gift. I can’t believe the timing of this

From the demo video, it doesn’t appear to do anything more than the $5.00 bottle top aerator I bought at the local wine shop. In addition my aerator takes up a fraction of the kitchen space this one does.
Has no one ever noticed they put the wrong filter on top? The filter on the top of the aerator in the picture is supposed to catch the drips on the bottom of the holder. The filter in the aerator itself if more of a basket/colander style.
