  1. these intermittent unattainable bags are making me too angry to buy other things.
  2. who amongst us doesn’t have a vizio TV already…?

I’ve had many, would gladly buy more, but who among us wouldn’t just pay an extra $35 to get a brand new one at Walmart? Especially if you can put it on a credit card that will give you a free extended warranty that you won’t get if you buy a refurb? Funny it’s the same as the 42" refurb I saw earlier today- $40 cheaper than brand new in the store. Plus you only get a 90 day warranty with an option to extend for a year for $22.99, instead of a 1 year warranty with an option to extend for 2 years for $19. But hey, you might help the bag of crap you won’t be able to buy come a little sooner.

I remember when life was simple, and Woot was a deals site.

To be fair, $40 is a huge percentage at this price (much better of a discount than the 42" earlier), but by the time you pay to get a(n arguably) slightly better warranty than the one on a new unit, and shipping, you’re saving $12 and getting an extra 90 days of warranty by buying a refurb and waiting for it to show up vs. walking into the store and buying a brand new one.

know your market. if you are buying a 24" tv you don’t care about “smart”, wifi, or any other options… and you Would have bought a 32 at Walmart for $100
