60Hz… awesome!

I won’t tuch Vizio with a 1080 foot pole. I have a very large expensive 6 month old paperweight sitting at home.

This was the first flat screen TV I ever owned, I bought it almost 3 years ago, and it’s still going strong. It’s a good starter 1080p TV, but the refresh rate (60Hz) leaves you wanting more when it comes to blu-ray. All in all a solid, hard-working TV though. Pretty good price too.

Well at least you have some stuff holding down your paper.

That’s what counts.

I’m happy with mine, as far as the picture quality is concerned. Two HDMI ports and a component port are sufficient, since I have neither a BluRay player nor a game console. Really, the only quibble I have is its lack of special features like buttons for favorite channels on the remote control, or the ability to ‘rename’ channels… and these deficiencies could be addressed by using a programmable remote control and/or hooking up a digital cable set-top box.

Overall, it’s a good basic LCD TV for a good price (imho).

Yay! Time for cat pictures!

Jumping to the left is never a good thing.

rocky horror??

and take a step to the right…

I purchased this TV from Woot over a year ago and am pleased as punch. I have it hooked up to my computer and have been able to forgo cable television. I’ve experienced nothing but great picture quality and I think the sound is just fine as well.

Good, sound television for a very reasonable price. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Finally decided to pull the trigger on a TV for the bedroom. This works well. Now to look for good mounts and grab a WD live box to hook it all up.

As a Panasonic fan, I would prefer this Panasonic VIERA TC-L37E3 37-Inch 1080p LED HDTV instead.
