For What it’s worth…

I bought one of these (but a larger version), a while back. I’ve had minor (but incredibly annoying) issues with it the entire time.

I should have tried to return it right away, but I didn’t. If I could do it over, I probably wouldn’t have bought the refurb, the price difference for a new one that works correctly would have been well worth it.

As a side note, ignoring the quirky issues, it is a great sound system for the price.

Are the rear speakers wireless as well? From the description it seems like only the subwoofer is.

Rear speakers are wired to the subwoolfer.

I bought this new about a year ago. For a sub $200 system, it is amazing. The bar itself plugs in to your TV. The subwoofer plugs in to an outlet preferably on the opposite wall from your TV and the 2 satellite speakers plug into the subwoofer. So, for instance, my subwoofer is on the left side of my couch and one satellite speaker is on each side of the couch. It makes for some impressive background sounds for sure.

My order was delivered today while I was at work - just received the delivery text - the only thing that worries me for when I get home is that I’ve heard that sometimes cables are missing… I just checked the “specs” tab on the Woot page and noticed this:

Got mine…hooked it up, works sometimes on tv, Bluetooth does not work and 2 small speakers don’t work…looks like I’m packing it back up. What a bummer!
