Can anyone clarify as to what is this display’s true refresh rate?

You can get a E40x-C2 with a 1-year warranty at Target for $359. $45 extra and get a 3-year service plan… Couldn’t find any difference in the specs. The x is a Target exclusive…got to love it!
I got an E40x here on Woot about a month ago.
I was hoping to pickup another when I saw this sale. Might just pull the trigger on this one since they seem to be identical.
What does the difference in E40x-C2 and E40-C2?
