I received this via Fedex today and it is damaged. It appears as though this was never refurbished. There is a large crack inside the display. Honestly, this has turned me off of buying anything refurbished ever again. I am hoping for a refund but even that will be a substantial inconvenience considering I now have to rebox it and drag it somewhere to ship it back. 
Assuming a refund is even an option. I also have to find a replacement as this is a gift for a family member. Sad day in my house. Vizio is not on my good list right now!
