Is this standard VESA 100 x 100 mm mount? Looking at the photo of the back, it’s not at all evident… I’d like to use it with a ceiling mount which requires that.

Not really such a good discount for refurb. New, straight from manufacturer is only $15 more. Visio ($20 more but free shipping) Or even a couple bucks off that at Walmart with free shipping or pick-up at store to get it today.
