The model you’re referring to on Groupon is the 40 inch (SB4051-D5). Woot is selling the 45 inch (Vizio SB4551-D5).
Got one from the open-box/returns/clearance area at Sam’s Club earlier this year for $210. Box was opened, but each speaker, the cables, remote/batteries, and the manuals were still factory-sealed and untouched.
I am very pleased with the unit.
