VIZIO TVs: VIZIO Quest

I just sold my 55" Vizio LED smart tv after having it for 2 years. During the time I had it, it did the shut-off thing for me, but not nearly as often as you seem to be having the problem. But whenever it shut off randomly by itself, it took at least 5 minutes before it would even think about turning on again. I loved the TV, but that is definitely the worst part. Now I’m rocking a 70" Sharp :slight_smile:

Had a Vizio Blu-Ray player…quit working 1 week before warranty expired…it took them 3 months to replace…horrible customer service…the worst. They don’t have a clue what they are doing. However, when they did finally replace the unit they sent an extra one (go figure) I guess for all my trouble…have a Samsung ever since and sold the Vizio’s on EBay.

Seriously, can’t I get something I paid for? I’ve been buying from Woot for quite a few years and I’ve always been happy with the service but this experience has ruined it for me. I am really tired of getting an email 24-32 hours after asking about it and all they say is “it should ship soon”. That’s not good enough anymore. SHIP IT!!!

ARGH! I’ve been looking so hard for a good deal on a Vizio TV. But you don’t have the one I want!

I would love to see a sale on the E3D420VX (the 42 inch 3D 120 Hz model). It’s already unbelievably inexpensive, but I’m going to hold off on buying it for at least a little longer, unless someone has a great sale.

Refurbished would not be my preference, but I would consider it if the price was right.

I work in casino surveillance and we had an entire room filled with wall mounted Vizio monitors, four years later and only 2 have survived. Just say no to Vizio.

Is there anything we can do? I’m having the same problem. They took the $$$ out of my account the day I purchased the tv and over a week now and it hasn’t shipped. No number on the website to call either. Think it might be time to speak with my lawyer and see if I can take them to small claims court

any idea when they gonna ship it? I am on the verge to cancel it, but how?

I ordered the Vizio 42" with apps a few weeks ago. I’ve been tracking the Fedex package on their website. It was out for delivery on Wednesday but then returned to Fedex for damage. It looks like it is now on its way somewhere else probably back to Woot… Does anyone know how to see about getting another one sent? It shows them as being sold out and Can’t see how to contact anyone at Woot…

Hey Woot - What the …? I ordered my TV and the money was pulled out of my account the same day and now it’s almost two weeks later and it still hasn’t shipped. I asked customer support and they said they ‘were waiting for the vendor.’

I reminded them that I needed it for Christmas but now I’m starting to wonder. I may have to cancel and buy locally.

Normally Woot is great but not this time.

At least keep us up to date on what is going on.

We’ve pinged them for an update, but also be sure to check your spam folder and see if there’s anything hiding in there with an update.

I know it’s not in my spam folder because I’ve gotten other messages from Woot for other orders.

And to further clarify - I’m checking the status on the web.

Just got the notice it actually shipped last Friday.
