How do I go about returning a purchase? I can’t get a response from anyone. I simply want to return and get full refund.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

How long does it typically take to get a response? I haven’t seen a response and I completed that a couple days ago
It typically takes 24 - 48 hours. Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders. Customer Service will reply to the email listed on your Woot account.

Hi there. Looks like they answered you yesterday (10/10) in the wee hours of the morning. They also sent you an return label. The return label will be in an email from UPS, not Woot.
Make sure you check spam/junk folders. Their response is sent to the email address on your Woot account, not your Amazon email address if different.
