was told to order a new item and woot would cancel first item after purchase but they failed to do so

yes was told they would cancel the first order after i paid for the second order that was in my cart but still havnt. i have done what he said and have never seen a confirmation on the cancellation I sent email multiple times. i feel i been lied] to ond taken advantage of. hopefully the first one will not be shipped and I will be refunded. they usually have good customer service.
Thank you for the update. I’ll touch base with CS but I won’t be able to get hold of someone until tomorrow. That item is shipping from our Dallas warehouse and wouldn’t ship until tomorrow at the earliest.
maybe they can speed up my shipping of the second order to alleviate from the stress and mass confusion
