I’ll do my best without losing my cool because I’m about ready to you know what somebody they have the balls to take stuff and make it vanish out of your order with no explanation no it was paid for it was part of the order which I received all the other items, so you know how it works. You have to hurry up and get this stuff will be taken out And sells out. No I just went on the site just now to look at my orders and you know I ordered one with other items and I got it then I order one by itself because the limit was two cycle cool because it says 12 cans x 2. But yeah, we all know it’s probably only gonna be 110 but for the price I paid I think it was 599 that sounds about right for a 12 pack when it’s on sale times too so that’s a good deal if you’re getting a 12 pack times 2 to 24 cans of keys so they allowed you to buy two that was a limit so I bought the first one with some other items and then went back in there is there is still available.’ So I bought one more so that was a total of two that was the max limit. OK so the other day I went and looked on my purchases on Woot and the one that I did by itself is gone there’s no existence to it it disappeared. It doesn’t show anything and I I don’t get it and then right now today I’m looking looking at it as a rightness the other one that I ordered with other items it’s gone it’s completely gone there’s no track of it. I didn’t get any emails nothing that states that they were taking it out or anything they just deleted it and that’s it. I just went on my emails to see if they sent me something saying that they made a mistake or they oversold. I’m so pissed off I know I’m not making sense. They’ve done stuff that no other normal company has ever done to the customers. Specially they’re good customers. I spent thousands of dollars here a year. Yes that’s right I have an eye by almost every other day on here and they pulled his shit. They lost my business. I know they don’t give a fxxk.. Plus you get a call center and you’re dealing with someone in India can you talk to somebody here in the states? It’s ridiculous a multibillion dollar company. Yes it’s Amazon. It’s owned by Amazon.
I think what you’re trying to say is that you ordered something but didn’t get it and it’s not showing up on your order history.
Woot doesn’t delete things from your order history.
My best guess is it was pulled from your cart before your payment went through because it was sold out. On the one you ordered by itself, were there other items on that order too? Did you get a confirmation email?

Hello. You’re saying you can’t find your order for the Waterloo Peach Flavored Sparkling water? I see it. You ordered it on 8/26 as part of a larger order (6 items).
