Looking at this for a family member that has osteoarthritis in their hands. It’s on their wish list, but not a particular brand.
Does anyone have any info on this brand, or that could give me some tips on what I should look for in purchasing one?

The disposable mitts are pretty useless. Typically you will put your hand in the wax at least twice to get a good layer, which will be thick. Best bet is to use gallon twist tie bags. (Walmart has them).Also plain unscented parrafin , as you might have either a skin reaction or may not like the smell.
Parrafin baths works wonders for pain. A pit pull bit off the top of my index finger. The pain was horrific, and the parrafin was the only thing which helped.
