Love the overall idea but there’s a slight tweak I’d suggest. In the original, We Can Do It, she’s making a fist with one hand and rolling up her sleeve with the other hand. In yours, the second hand is flat on her first arm - making the overall pose an obscene gesture in some cultures. Apparently the gesture has a specific name (which I wasn’t familiar with), at least in Italian. Bras d'honneur - Wikipedia
