I have one of these (different brand) and using it with a space heater caused it to stop working. Twice.

Anyone have experience with my very specific situation but with this brand?

Most space heaters are probably 1500 watts and are good for a 20 amp circuit. These are rated for 15 amps… and actually would be scary for someone to control remotely, as space heaters are a fire hazard.

I have six wemo’s myself. One hooked up to a fan, which works great.
