Learn about Selecting A Tent

All Wenzel tents feature a 10 year Warranty and feature the new revolutionary fabric UV Armor™.

However, you won’t find these tents on this site - either they are discontinued, or some one-off designs.

That said, this is a good price for a 4-stake & 2-Pole (Bell).

Not sure about the hiking tent - sans review, it’d be a tougher call. It looks well designed, and has the right specs (aluminum poles, full coverage fly), but without weight and packed dimensions, it may be a tough sell to the backpackers.

Not that it didn’t catch my eye, but the wife would kill me, as I have 3 tents already, and am moving into camping hammocks…

More - only mention of this tent for sale is this Amazon listing by third party vendor Woot. And, it was listed today, as CamelCamelCamel shows. Very crafty, Woot!

Maybe these could be a new product…

does anyone know how small these pack down to? i’m very tempted by the sunsetter’s aluminum poles and tub design, but i need it to comfortably go backpacking with me.

The weights are listed under the specs. For the weight, they would be decent hiking tents (assuming the rest of the weight is divvied up with the other parties). Source: Me and my month stint on the AT.

It doesn’t show the packed dimensions though, which could be the kicker.

You might want to fire teh spell checker.

Or we are all being pranked by the (teh?) spell checker (April Fool’s wise)
