Hi there. These are being obtained from Amazon inventory so we don’t have a lot of information. Here it is on Amazon. There may be more information there.

No mention of quantity but the package weight is one pound so I’m guessing it’s multiples. Unless, of course, warehouse associates break the pack.

The other photo shows 12 rulers…So, that would make more sense for $65 price
