You were refunded for a product that wasn’t shipped out, which is as it should be. They either ran out of stock or stopped shipping them after receiving a greater than expected volume of complaints. Stop whining like a spoiled little child.
If Woot had kept your money and not sent the product, then I could understand. But since they were unable to deliver your item as ordered, they refunded it, which is as it should be. That’s happened to me with other sites, too, including Amazon. Sometimes the stock just isn’t there and they have to refund.
