I sent you guys an email as well, but we purchased the 65in and 84in with both modules. I haven’t setup the 84in yet, however, the 65in screen is only “touch” on the right half. The left half will not recognize touch at all from any source (finger, pen, etc…)
According to Westinghouse, this needs to go through you guys as the retailer for Westinghouse cannot provide support on Whiteboards. Any ideas? If defective, how would I get replaced since this is under warranty from the manufacture? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
