My return package has been delivered last week monday. According to return instructions, the refund should have issued 3 to 5 days. However, the refund never issued and customer service is never answering
Seriously, what is wrong with woot?
- I’ll pass this on to somebody.
- Please don’t submit multiple emails, as it can put them at risk of being marked as duplicates.
- The warehouse was closed for a bit to due weather related damages, so things are behind.
- I believe that the date range is based on when it’s processed. They don’t necessarily process it the second that it is delivered.

Hi there. Our warehouse was closed for 3 days last week due to storm damage so the returns team is playing catch-up. Pls give them a few extra days.
Then, why there’s no reply for 2days from customer service? And why no one announced about the warehouse incident? They told me to wait for 7 days excluding weekdays but already passed 7days.
I feel like woot is low key scam.
If it helps, I’ve been a Woot customer since 2007. I am nearing 1000 orders in that time. From my account page:
I like Woot well enough to be a volunteer mod (no pay involved) on the forums. Woot isn’t a scam. They can’t control the weather, especially went hurricanes roll through the area.
I understand you want your refund and you’re frustrated. CS will come through when they are able.
