What to do if a WOOT shipment gets lost in the mail?

I can see the last place the package’s tracking status is. I’d imagine this is out of Woot.com’s control at this point? Anyone know what I should do?

Your first move is to write to service@woot.com
Cut and paste your receipt and your tracking information.
Be sure to use the email account that woot knows you as.
