A mandolin would make it quick and easy to get batons. And they have some really simple, inexpensive ones. But ER docs really advise against them :squinting_face_with_tongue:.

Roasted chicken breast with tomato and cuke salad.
Quick, easy , light, but packed with flavor.
It’s really hot and we worked all day packing, cleaning and loading the trailer.
The chicken was cooked to perfection! Good meal to end this hot sweaty day!

Pineapple drinks seem to be a trend.
I just read about a macadamia nut chi chi ( macadamia liquer, vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut),
Then we went out tonight and the pineapple upside-down cocktail was on the menu! Yum!

I’ve seen high-priced gourmet foods on woot that I didn’t know much about. So I found myself some fancy balsamic vinegar (pomegranate infused for me!) and chopped up some veggies tonight to have alongside brisket. What are y’all having on these too-hot-to-cook-days?
