How about you cooks show off some of your Thanksgiving masterpieces today?
I’d love to see some.
Not cooking today as I am a guest elsewhere, but made glazed walnuts (their favorite) this morning, and have apple crisp in the oven, with plenty of fresh cranberries added. Basically pie but with no crust.

There was plenty of food, i just have a small appetite.
Smoked turkey, German style potato casserole, sausage/sage/cranberry stuffing/ ,hericot vert with tahini dressing.

I didn’t grab a pic, but my BIL made the most amazing apple cheescake. It was beyond everything you want in a cheescake!
I BOUGHT additional treats from my favorite bakery because I am a savory chef. Petit fours, peanut butter pie and pecan pie.
I’ve made a gazillion desserts but I’d rather do apps and entrees than desserts.

First time I saw one of these in action it surprised me that it delivered both food and alcohol. At least it did in the sports bar where I saw it working.

I’ve never seen these before, but they were at the grocery and I’m up for something new today. I just googled and found these ones might be overripe, as they should be more of a red color than a brown one. But that maybe it’s just due to cold storage while they got here 
Had to practically tunnel back into the house so won’t be cutting into one until I shovel some of the nearly 2 feet of snow 
.
I’ll post a pic of one cut open later if it doesn’t kill me.

This is weird. I tried to order from Panera Bread online and it kept pushing me to tomorrow, so I called. Because they’re short staffed they’re not taking drive-thru orders and they’re not taking over-the phone orders. You can only get food if you order in person. She kept saying they’re short-staffed and I ended up saying that that’s not my problem and I’ll go elsewhere. I understand not manning the drive-through (sort of) but I don’t understand not taking an order over the phone.

The little fruit inside was absolutely perfect!
Fresh and very juicy.
It tasted somewhat like a white grape, but surprisingly it was more like biting into the firm consistency of a raw onion but juicy too! I read that they could be both sweet and tart but mine are just plain sweet. I think if it had been mushy my opinion would have been that it was overripe and maybe I would not have enjoyed it.
It had a big seed in the middle. Wonder if it would grow something.
TL;DR: 5 stars
