What's the point in a Customer Service phone number if you don't answer?

30+ minute hold time, no time estimates, endless repeat of the same message and classic piano spam.

I thought 15 days of the same spam from new customer service names via email was infuriating enough. Boy did I underestimate.

Welp, that was a waste of 37 minutes. The machine eventually just stops playing music and giving you the “please hold message” and the line goes dead. Nothing you can do.

Any chance I am ever going to hear back from customer service about my last two orders?

First one was supposed to be escalated, keep getting same copy-paste response instead of escalation.

Second one is older than the first one and still has no response.

At this point I am not willing to invest much more time in this and may take this up with my credit holder.

Second attempt was a success. I was able to get a live body on the phone. Will report the results.

Rep currently put me on hold to research correspondence.

Sai Surya K was able to resolve my issue.

The orders have finally been refunded. Now I have two shiny $10 coupons for my next bags of disappointment.
