What's your favorite Mexican food?
Always enchiladas. My mom got a recipe from a guy who ran a stand in Mexico City.

My Stack Enchiladas following a very old family Southern New Mexico recipe.
Loaded super nachos of course.
Beef and Bean burrito smothered with green chili and melted cheese on top! 
Doesn’t matter, it’s all the same ingredients, and damn good.
I had bacon-wrapped shrimp the other night at a Mexican restaurant and it was amazing. So that’s my current favorite, whatever it was called. I also love steak fajitas.
