What's your preferred salsa spice level?
Mild, but sometimes I’ll brave the kick of medium
I eat 4-5 habaneros off my plant for a serving. So, bring me your insane salsa… please.
Hot hot hot
Hell Fire.
We Indians love it Spicy!!!
Medium is my go-to. Not that I don’t like some spice. But if I’m having salsa, I want to taste it all, not just the heat.
I like spicy stuff, but mild is generally a good balance between heat and being able to actually taste the salsa itself.
As long as there is actual flavour, the hotter the better.
Wow! Nice bell curve! It really depends on the type of salsa. I always like a little heat, but with regular tomato salsa nothing above medium. If it’s mango or raspberry salsa, then it can be hotter. If it has a good pepper flavor than insane is acceptable.
Indians have always been amazed by my heat tolerance. There is spicy and then there fire.
Wild Thing…
It’s kind of fun when it burns in the ears. Generally hot is good. Depends how much I trust their calibration.
I can pretty much always enjoy the heat level with Medium and quite often with Hot, but why risk a too hot Hot.
