I have gone through Woot’s RMA process for an item that arrived damaged. Shipped the item back and it was received by Woot on 1/4/23. Since then… crickets. No refund. No communication.
I’ve used the Customer Service form twice since then with no response.
I’m a long time Woot user (more than 12 years), but this may just cause me to stop buying from them. This is infuriating and frustrating. No customer support number… badly run email support. This blows.
