I think this happens at my house. I clean them, and in a day or two, there are streaks that do not make sense. Here, I have been blaming my kids, but the window lickers are likely just lab monkeys escaping off trucks or through a complex plan of breaking out of cages, passing high-security doors, and cutting barbwire fences.
