Whiskey Stones – Set of 9

All this talk about cooling liquids, whether alcohol or soda… why not start with a cold drink and see if the rocks help keep the drink cold? Many people keep vodka in the freezer - maybe these are vodka stones???

How long before some little brat swallows one and then they’ll have to yank them off the market?

Just like buckeyballs…

The problem I’ve found with these is, when I have a Scotch on the Rocks, they don’t offer the authentic dilution of real ice. So, I’ve discovered that if I keep a pipette of water handy I can more or less imitate the melt-rate. But I think using real ice is much less trouble.

I read all the bad reviews, but bought them anyway, and i used my meat thermometer which is very accurated to test… The water was 3 oz, in a rocks glass. I used 4 cubes. water started at 84 degrees from tap, and went down to 80.5. i felt literally no difference AT ALL! I left for 15 min and the rocks were room temp. What a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!
