Ordered 3 of these - 2 were delivered. The third, I rcvd an email 5 days ago saying it was shipped with the UPS tracking. As of today, UPS still doesn’t have the package. I ordered these on July 14th.

Please reach out to customer service. You need to contact them directly. I think I messed the other order up more than I helped.
I did reach out to CS on the other order, too but they never responded
I’ll ping them. The other one they didn’t respond bc I was working with the buyer. Make sure you allow 24-48h for them to respond.
