Who is getting the PS3?

I’m going to wait a while to get mine.
If you are, which version are you getting?

BTW, the Wii can go on another thread, but don’t post it here.

This little piggy went to market.
This little piggy stayed home.
This little piggy had roast beef.
This little piggy had none.
And this little piggy went “Wii Wii Wii” all the way home.

I am considering purchasing one for my nephew, haven’t shopped and didn’t realize there was more than one version. I should prolly take him with me as I know zilch about games, gamers,

60GB…kinda pointless to get 20GB.

Why not?
Son wants Wii. I told him if he could get his hands on one, and if he sends it home unopened… he can have it for Christmas.

So, Fen, what are you going to do to me now that I posted about Wii here???

never pictured you for much of a video gamer, let alone going for a PS3

The PS3 is also the cheapest blue-ray player as far as I can tell.

Better reserve it now, it might already be to late…

PS3 is better than Wii!

The truth of the matter is, it doesn’t matter.

How come you can’t picture me doing anything? I am not totally inept!

well, so YOU say…

I could have got one, decided not to though.

The PS3, that is.

i picture you doing lots of things, just not gaming… most of your generation stopped with the ataris, commodore64s, and original nes… but mad props if you’re gaming still… what do you play?

i’m not much of a ps2 fan… when it was the first of the previous generation to come out (and therefore better than anything else available) i was in favor of it, but then the other systems came out, and i’ve decided that there just aren’t a whole lot of good games for sony, at least not games exclusive to the PS… so i’m sticking with my decade+ of loyalty to nintendo.

You guys are nuts!
Last year when son changed schools, we went into the room and there was this huge TV with the vidio systems hooked up to it. Took up the whole common room of the suite ( it is a really small suite)
Son knew he would be OK there.
The kid the TV belonged to had almost nothing else up at school. Almost no clothes, just the TV and his books. He didn’t even have a desk! He didn’t care either! No boy thought that was odd.

what’s there to be odd about that?

jq!!! heh.

well i already knew you liked to play with my words…

what video games (or i guess board/card games for that matter) do you play?

Huh? Wha?
