Here is the gist of the issue: I just received my order for Kyocera BT Stereo headphones from last week’s woot-off. The phones were advertised “New,OEM”. Not only my phones came in well broken-in, they also added complementary scratches and a bonus ear sweat stains on the earhooks. While I appreciate the nifty extras, I would prefer to receive exactly what I ordered.
If I read the notes on “Write Us” page correctly posting in the forum would get me the quickest reply from the staff.
