Who should I contact about my order?

Here is the gist of the issue: I just received my order for Kyocera BT Stereo headphones from last week’s woot-off. The phones were advertised “New,OEM”. Not only my phones came in well broken-in, they also added complementary scratches and a bonus ear sweat stains on the earhooks. While I appreciate the nifty extras, I would prefer to receive exactly what I ordered.

If I read the notes on “Write Us” page correctly posting in the forum would get me the quickest reply from the staff.

Actually, for this issue, you are much better off e-mailing service@woot.com and detailing your issues for them. Be sure to include your order number in the correspondence. You could also post in the product forum to see if others had the same issue.

I’m sorry you had a bad experience, I hope they resolve it quickly for you!

You’re welcome. One note, it is Friday evening and they don’t work on the weekends, so don’t get discouraged if you don’t get a reply until Monday afternoon.
