I’ve contacted Woot 3 times on this site, once on Facebook, and have called UPS about 5 times until they finally admitted my order was lost. Why is it so difficult to get someone to respond to me!?
Be sure to check spam/junk folders. If you use an email client like Outlook, try logging into email directly from a browser. There’s another junk folder there. Note that Woot! Customer Service replies to the email address on your Woot! account. Make sure that is accurate.
If you still don’t find it, reach back out to them with a new email address to try.
P.S. Per CS, they answered you Tuesday, October 27 and Friday, October 30th.

Do you use outlook? If so, are you able to log into your email via a browser and check the junk/spam folder at that level?
If you don’t find it, as mentioned above, reach out to customer service again with a new email address to try.
I use a browser, not Outlook. But I’ve sent CS a new Email address. Thank you.
