I order a variety of things from Woot! On my Stuff You Bought page I have items listed in various stages of Preparing For Shipment, Shipped, and Delivered.
My question is why don’t these statuses match reality? For example, one order still says Preparing for Shipment but the order got delivered a few days ago. On many others they show Shipped but similarly got delivered. If I go into the delivery service’s status (e.g., USPS), the item will show as delivered.
