The back is just canvas.

15 x 14 x 24"?! That’s awfully small. How does that hold “multiple loads of laundry?”
Missing one of the 6 plastic corner attachment units labeled part D in the instructions. Canvas bag insert also torn at seam. Always have had positive transactions with Woot! before. Kind of disappointed.
