Ive been using this with an aftermarket JVC radio with wired Android Auto. It works great but the one complaint i have is that sometimes if i turn the vehicle off with the radio playing a station it boots up and switches to Android Auto and plays Pandora. Ive tried settings that are supposed to fix it but so far no lasting fix. Not sure if its this or the radio. Otherwise it works great for streaming, receiving texts, phone calls, Google Maps and even voice commands. Keeps the phone connected. Takes maybe 30 seconds to fully connect at each startup.
