This product’s manual is in rough english, hard to understand but either way all we can do is get the receiver to lightly buzz but not actually chime. Seems broken and we havent even used it yet!! Also cheap plastic that seems super flimsy. Not happy, especially because it doesnt come with an adapter so we bought one specifically for it.
