This is junk. I bought one out here a while back. It rarely connects to my router, even with a LAN cable. I found out the lens can be hand-turned to achieve focus which improved the pic, but did not see that in any instructions. It is very difficult to get set up, and when the router glitches and internet drops for a minute you have to start all over again, trying lots of methods to reconnect. This is absolute junk. I’ve seen many reviews like this, including the majority of reviews on a major retailer’s site. DO NOT BUY THIS.
Oh, good luck finding any support. The company’s site is a Weebly site, with just a little on the cameras.
