Sorry to say but I ordered this for my father in law. The package was not sealed as u wud expect it to be for a brand new medical device. The box had been ripped at the edges and there was no charging cable included either … just the block. It is obvious this was a previously returned product the woot resold as new … Have asked for a refund. Am waiting for there response.
