Gotta say…when I hear “would you like a serving of food,” the first thing that does not come to my mind is Whey Milk. However, of the 32 portions of Wise Food in this set, 12 of those servings is Whey Milk.

WOOT!!’ Could you please let us know how much water is in each of the five packs? Also I could not locate gross weight of entire 5 day meal backpack with everything included.

Per a customer question on Amazon, there are 5 4.2oz pouches of water. So the contents of a standard water bottle, only it’s guaranteed to last longer.

Item “shipping weight” is 8lbs. so the actual weight would be marginally less than that.

You also need to take into account that the Wise food pouches included are 150 - 260 calories for food and 80 calories for the milk per serving. You get 4 servings per food pouch and 12 servings for the milk - all in 1 pouch. Good luck measuring it… or eating an entire days worth of food at once. If you can measure everything, you will get 1,210 calories per day for 4 days… with 4 servings of milk ( 320 cal total ) and nothing else on day 5.

HI,
I ordered the kit because I thought it was a great value. However unless i’m misunderstanding the expiration date the MFD dates on the packages all read MFD either 07/11/2017 or 08/02/2017 to 12/2017 plus one of the dried food bags was open “not good”

MFD is the manufactured date, not the expiration date.
