It’s a simple half-rhyme. It’s a rather pointless reach of a pun, and the “hey” is simply foolish.
This shirt reminds me of the time two missiles were turned into a whale and a pot of flowers and they in fell onto the planet of Magrathea.

My thoughts exactly… briefly considered the shirt, but the “hey!” was the tipping point to “ah… no.”
The joke is based on an interruption of the usual saying “if there’s a will theres a way” but instead the second part is interrupted by someone spotting a whale which kind of sounds like the second part of the saying. Case closed.
So… without porpoise is the title. Sums it up well, Woot!
Shirt Condition: Moby Some-word-Woot-will-surely-filter. Although I have read Moby Little Richard several times, in truth I know this more from the one million times I saw the commercial for that cruddy illustrated classics subscription, while waiting for Thundarr to come back on, back in the '80s.
