I just received this item, supposedly new but obviously a return that was definitely used - the return authorization slip was inside and part of the return label still on the outside of the box (!!!).
It also didn’t work properly in that the power button was always on no matter what setting.. installed the battery and it was instantly on, with no change in speed (or off) when moving the switch. I’ve written to customer service and hope for a replacement - if it will actually be new and not defective.
