So in a crash does this work to stave in the forehead before airbag shrapnel completes the coup de grâce?
My grandfather had one & liked it.
I know what they meant by “disabled vehicles,” as I have a relative that uses one for that reason. That said, I think it’s funny that the article said it is widely used on disabled vehicles. Duh, that’s why the vehicle is in a ditch.

I have also seen cellphone holders designed to bolt onto the top of the steering wheel. They should be illegal as they get in the way of steering. As in really hazardous.
These are good for tractors. Not cars. The speed of the vehicle is key.
